About our subscribers

We keep your email, plan and delivery history. Stripe processes payments; we never see your card. Email is sent through our CRM provider. We don't sell subscriber data.

About the property records we publish

The sheet is built only from government records that are public by law: County Clerk filings, probate court cases, the county tax-sale list and the appraisal district roll. We add no data from outside those records, and no homeowner phone numbers or emails. Owners withheld by the appraisal district (Texas Tax Code §25.025) are never shown with names or addresses.

Owner opt-out

If you own a property that appears in our sheet, you can ask us to stop including it at /opt-out. We act within two business days. The underlying public record stays with the county; only our copy changes.
